2. ALTERNATOR:- 3.5 K.V.A.,440/230 Volts, 50 H.Z., 0.8 power factor, 3 phase 4 wires 0.8 P.F., Horizontal foot mounting. Alternator is provided lifting bolt.

Machine Control Panel & Operating Area:   

Technical Specification :

Control panel board consist of bakelite panel and fitted on square pipe frame.

The Electrical Control Panel dimensions: Minimum size of size Length = 900 mm; Depth = 250 mm; Height = 750 mm

Control panel mounted and to be fixed on a Frame stand via Nut bolt or any arrangement through which the panel can be removed easily.

The MS Frame/stand made of suitable size of MS channel/angle/Square Pipe or better type.

Frame/stand rust free power coated.

The floor height of the Frame/Stand's Top will be Min. 900 mm so that the control panel mounted on it will be 900 mm from floor.

The MS Stand/frame will have suitable foundation arrangement.

The working area arrangement will be fitted on front top side of the Stand/frame.

The Working area will be of Minimum dimensions as Length = 900 mm and Width = 300 mm and will be made of Minimum of 12 mm plywood fitted with Minimum 3mm hylam sheet on top.

The three sides of the working top lipped using suitable teakwood lipping patti.

Frame/stand rack shelf with door having locking system just below the working area.

Height of the rack shelf will be min. 150 mm. Depth and length of shelf shall be as per stand/frame.

Suitable safety terminals will be provided and specially designed patch cords to protect from danger.

4mm or suitable sturdy shrouded banana patch cords and shrouded socket arrangement for high voltage circuits

Motor/Generator/Machine Foundation Bed:

Machine fitted on M.S. channel of size min. 75 x 40 mm. Min. 6 mm thick on fabricated frame with coated & painted.

Foundation bed have Suitable Anti-vibration Pads to avoid any vibrations during machine operation
